This document (the "Terms & Conditions") governs the purchase, usage licence, technical support, updates, and refund policy for the WhatsCRM Hub product (the "Product") developed and maintained by Manufaktur Digital Hub (MDH) (the "Provider").
By making a payment or purchase, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the entire contents of this document.
This English text is provided for convenience only. The Indonesian version of these Terms & Conditions is the authoritative text; in the event of any discrepancy, the Indonesian version prevails.
| Provider | Manufaktur Digital Hub (MDH) / WhatsCRM Hub. |
| Customer | The party purchasing the Product. |
| Product | WhatsCRM Hub, including its source code, documentation, and supporting materials. |
| Licence | A limited permission to use the Product under these terms. |
| Bug | A functional defect that prevents a feature from working as described in the Product's standard specification. |
| Feature/Request | A request to change, add, or adjust anything beyond the Product's standard scope. |
| Third Party | External services such as Meta/WhatsApp, payment gateways, VPS providers, domains, external APIs, and the like. |
What is sold is software plus a usage licence — not a full custom system development service.
Even though the source code is delivered, the Product remains the intellectual property of the Provider, and the Customer only obtains the right to use it under the licence terms.
The Customer receives the full source code, but usage rights are limited to:
1 (one) domain for online use
1 (one) device/server for offline use
Using the Product beyond the limits above without an additional licence is prohibited. If the Customer needs additional usage (multi-domain/multi-server), the Customer must purchase an additional licence.
Additional licence purchases receive a 10% discount off the standard licence price (subject to the policy in force at the time of the transaction).
The Customer must not:
Resell or redistribute the source code
Publish the source code (public or private repository) in a way that others can access
Remove or alter the licence identity and the licence validation mechanism (where present)
If a licence violation is proven, the Provider is entitled to:
Deactivate or revoke the licence
Stop providing updates
Stop providing support
with no obligation to issue a refund.
The Provider offers bug support for 3 (three) months starting from:
The source code delivery date, OR
The installation completion date
(whichever occurs first)
The warranty covers bugs that:
Originate from the Product's original source code
Occur on the version purchased
Are reproducible in an environment that meets the Product's requirements
The warranty does not cover:
Server environment changes (Nginx/PHP/MySQL configuration, permissions, firewall, etc.)
Server downtime, overload, or security attacks
Network/internet problems
Third-party service issues (Meta/WhatsApp, external APIs, payment gateways, OTP, etc.)
Feature changes or additions (requests)
Bug support is automatically void if:
The Customer modifies the source code, whether directly or through a third party
The database structure, core system, or main configuration is changed
The Customer refuses to follow reasonable technical guidance from the Provider
Support is provided via chat/WhatsApp during the Provider's operating hours.
The Provider may set priority based on:
Urgency level
Ticket queue
Problem complexity
Bug resolution estimates vary according to complexity.
The Provider does not guarantee that a bug will be resolved within a specific number of hours or days where a third party is involved, deep investigation is required, or the issue stems from the Customer's server environment.
The Customer is permitted to carry out development independently or through a third party.
Consequence: the bug support warranty becomes void, and any subsequent support is chargeable (optional, by mutual agreement).
The Customer remains prohibited from reselling or redistributing the Product.
Updates are provided whenever the Provider releases one.
The Provider is only obliged to:
Send the update files
Provide an update guide
The Provider is not obliged to install updates on the Customer's server.
Updates are distributed via personal WhatsApp or the community channel (as per policy).
A refund cannot be issued once:
The source code has been delivered
The source code has been installed/uploaded to the Customer's server
The licence has been activated/issued
Refunds do not apply to minor bugs that are still being fixed.
If a bug is found, the Provider is entitled to fix it first, with a minimum estimate of 3–5 working days depending on difficulty and queue.
Refunds do not apply where the issue originates from the Customer's server/VPS or from third-party services (Meta, payment gateways, API providers, etc.).
The Provider is not liable for indirect losses, including but not limited to:
Loss of profit
Loss of data
Reputational damage
Business disruption
The Customer is fully responsible for:
Server/VPS security
Data backups
Using the system in compliance with the law and third-party policies (Meta/WhatsApp)
The Provider is not liable for delays or service failures caused by conditions beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Internet service disruption
Natural disasters
Fire
Power outages
Third-party system outages (Meta/WhatsApp, VPS providers, etc.)
By making a purchase, the Customer agrees to comply with all provisions in this document. The Provider may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, provided this does not reduce Customer rights already established in previous transactions.
