There are three modules that rely on master data: Data Scraping, WhatsApp Bulk Sender, and Email Bulk Sender. These features require master data, including State, City, District, and Category. You can find the Master Data menu in the sidebar, as shown in the image below:
For all the master data provided, you can manage it by manually adding data one by one or by importing data. Note that data import is not available for the category feature in the current version.
Why does scraping require master data? This helps facilitate targeting data collection based on location and data categories. Similarly, for WhatsApp Bulk Sender and Email Bulk Sender, it helps streamline targeting for sending or marketing.
