Notification Settings

Notification settings can be found in the Admin Dashboard, in the side menu General Configuration -> Notification Settings.

The settings on the admin side consist of two sources, email and WhatsApp. Each source has options to be enabled or disabled and customizable templates.

1. WhatsApp Notification

Select WhatsApp Device

Select the device or WhatsApp number connected as the notification sender. To add this device, go to the App Panel in the side menu. There, you will enter a page with features similar to regular users. For detailed instructions on how to add a WhatsApp device, you can read in the section WhatsApp Device

Select Notification Recipient

Enter the WhatsApp number to receive notifications if the notification is intended for internal or admin purposes.

Note!

In each WhatsApp notification option, you will always be required to fill in the message template. You can modify or add the message templates in the App Panel in the side menu. There, you will enter a page with features similar to regular users. For more detailed documentation about WhatsApp templates, you can read the section WhatsApp Template

Here is the list of notification options provided in the current version:

  • User Registration - Notifications received by the admin when a new user registers
  • Subscription Purchase to Admin - Notifications received by the admin when a user purchases a subscription service
  • Payment to Admin - Notifications received by the admin when a user makes a payment
  • Subscription Purchase to User - Notifications or billing information sent to the user
  • Service Activation - Notifications sent to the user when the admin approves the user's payment

2. Email Notification

Select Notification Recipient

Enter the email address to receive notifications if the notification is intended for internal or admin purposes.
