This feature allows AI to retain memory of past chat history. WhatsMail provides an option to enable or disable this feature, along with a configurable reset period for AI memory.
For Admins, this setting can be found under Admin Panel -> General Configuration -> General Settings. For users, it is available in Manage Data -> General Settings.
Simply put, AI without memory treats every incoming message as a first-time interaction. This makes it unsuitable for automated responses that require continuity or reference to previous messages.
