Go to the Device page and navigate to the Unofficial tab. On the right side of the screen, click the "Send Single Message" button.
2. Configuring the Message
On the new page, adjust all available settings as needed. Make sure every detail is correct and matches your requirements.
Once all settings are properly configured, click the "Send" button to send the message.
