As we know, using third-party services is not always free, and each use of API tokens has a cost. While the Whatsmail SaaS model places the entire burden on users, as users, we often aim to minimize expenses, especially in a business context.
This feature is designed for users who want to reduce their spending on API tokens. So, how does it work?
When a message arrives, for example with the keyword Hello, and you have configured it in Chatbot AutoReply, the response will be handled by Chatbot AutoReply.
However, if the incoming message is a random question or requires intelligence to respond, the AI will handle it.
Set the AutoReply Method to "All." This will enable both the chatbot and AI to work together.
