i solve it myslef thanks the isssue is same for me like when i auto update its not fetch all updates etc in my env file the missing part its >

RECONNECT_INTERVAL=5000
MAX_RETRIES=5
API_WABA_VERSION='v20.0'
follow path public - uploads - upgrade after action downloaded upgrade process
now i try 1 to 2 time its updated but not i run node server port is also listing but this showing

Whether the previous version is running, when you update the next version there should be no errors, just update npm and restart npm
