Q:

SMTP & API service option + Text editor feature on email template builder

Hello, could the following features be added in the next update:

  1. A feature to enable or disable settings so end users can choose to use either the server's primary SMTP or their own SMTP. This would accommodate SAAS providers that offer services including an SMTP sender or require users to configure their own SMTP settings. The consideration here is that some novice users might be confused, lack the knowledge, or feel burdened by the need to spend extra money on external SMTP services.

  2. Similar to the request above, a setting to enable/disable the option to use their own API (such as Google Maps API). This would simplify things for end users by allowing SAAS providers to handle the API, or letting end users use their own API as they currently do.

  3. A text editor feature, such as TinyMCE, in the email template editor. This would make it easier for novice users to create email templates, as basic features like text alignment and similar options are currently missing and need to be added manually via the code view. While this might not be an issue for users familiar with coding, it would be a big help for novice users (who are likely to be the majority of SAAS clients).
